A Community Pro (CP) is a trusted member of the Collab community who helps support day-to-day operations by completing tasks such as lease showings and maintenance support.

As a CP, you help:

• Welcome prospective tenants
• Support the upkeep of homes

In return, you earn rewards for the tasks you complete.

Community Pros are typically:

• Current residents
• People connected to the community
• Individuals approved by Collab staff
  

To become a CP, you must:

• Sign up using the Collab app
• Complete the onboarding process
• Be approved by Collab staff
• Maintain an active CP status

Not everyone will automatically qualify, this helps ensure a high-quality experience for everyone involved.

The Collab App is the platform Community Pros use to:

• View and complete tasks
• Manage showings and bookings
• Communicate with Collab staff
• Track rewards and payments

It guides you step by step through each task, so you always know what to do next.

As a CP, you may be invited to complete different types of tasks, including:

• Lease Showing Tasks – showing a unit to prospective tenants
• Maintenance Tasks – helping with basic maintenance or inspections
• Other community support tasks as they become available

The tasks you see depend on:

• Your location
• Your availability
• Your onboarding status
• Current community needs

When you successfully complete tasks you earn rewards such as:

• Cash Payment
• Rent Credit if you are a Collab tenant
